- For a couple of friends they show up without checking this option. Im not 100% sure, but as far as i know, they all use ElvUI, some of them use the ElvUI nameplates, some use tidyplates. Is there any way to show the orb nameplates without ElvUI and without 'Always show nameplates' checked?

Or use ElvUI but just disable its Raid frames and Raid40 frames and use a different add on for that instead. Every part of ElvUI can be independently disabled if you don’t like it. Don’t like ElvUi Nameplates? Disable them and use Tidy or Plate or whatever instead. It’s not all or nothing. Comment by JAIBOR on 2019-06-08T13:59.

I have activated all nameplates IG doing ctrl+v , everything is fine with the friendly NPCs and players , but not for the enemy players. I have the blizzard frame for the enemy players and their pet. In the elvui options I have enabled ennemy player but nothing, I tried to paste the same options than friendly player to be sure, nothing either.
